Your AI job scout
for tech roles

Tune it once. It finds, vets, and preps — grounded in your CV, never invented. The decision to apply is always yours.

We read the whole posting — including the line in bold that says you must live in one of four countries. Last week that meant reading 170,000 new roles across the EU and US, so you could read the few you can actually take.

  • 900,000+live openings indexed
  • 37,000+companies, read at the source
  • 170,000new roles read last week
  • 0applications sent on your behalf — ever

That includes live openings at 91 of the Forbes Cloud 100, 43 of the Forbes AI 50, and portfolio companies of a16z, Sequoia, Accel, Index, Atomico and seven more funds — read from company hiring systems, not scraped.

How it works

  1. 01

    Tell it once.

A 2-minute setup: what you want, where you can actually work, your CV. It writes your brief; you confirm it. No filters to maintain.

  2. 02

    We read everything.

Straight from company hiring systems — not scraped feeds. Every posting is checked against your real constraints: location, language, visa, level, salary floor.

  3. 03

    You get the survivors.

A few cards a week with the reason they made the cut — or an honest "we read 4,000 roles this week; none cleared your bar." Silence you can trust beats a feed you have to clear.

What it looks like

Product screens, example data.

Tuesday, 9:14 — three cards land. Not a feed: each one is already past your location, level and salary bar.

Job search in the AI era can get tough.

What we believe

Volume is a losing bet.

The numbers are public: hundreds of auto-sent applications, zero interviews. Reading everything and applying to almost nothing is not a compromise — it's the strategy.

Your credibility is the asset. We never spend it.

One invented résumé line is a company you've burned forever. If your CV doesn't support a claim, we won't write it — "no evidence" is an answer we're built to give.

You decide what gets sent. Always.

AI that reads 170,000 postings for you is leverage. AI that applies as you is a liability wearing your name.

Your constraints are rules, not preferences.

"Remote" often means "remote — but only from Germany." We read the body of every posting — location, salary, level — and drop what you can't actually take. Not ranked. Applied.

Dead listings die here.

Roles come straight from company hiring systems: when a posting closes, it leaves your tracker. No re-checking saved links to see what's still real.

Built for professionals who care what their name is attached to — not how many applications it's on.

Questions

Do you apply to jobs for me?

No — never, at any tier. We prepare; you read and press send. Auto-sent applications get caught in the first screening call.

Where do the jobs come from?

Directly from company applicant-tracking systems (the same systems the "Apply" buttons post to) across 28,000+ tech companies in the EU and US — not from scraped job-board feeds.

I can only work from one country. Does that actually work?

That's our core case. Residency and language restrictions hidden in the posting body are the first thing we check, not a filter you have to maintain.

What if nothing matches?

You'll know: "we read N roles, none cleared your bar." And a zero-match week extends your paid subscription by a week.

Is my CV safe?

Used for matching only, never shared, deletable in one click — and the deletion is real (GDPR erasure, not a soft hide).

What does the beta cost?

Nothing. Paid tiers start at public launch; waitlist members keep founding pricing forever.

I'm not searching right now.

Watch mode is built for exactly that: near silence, and a ping only if something exceptional appears.

Why not just build this myself with an AI assistant?

One of our users did — they built a scraper that filters their shortlist about as well as ours does. What they couldn't build was coverage and uptime: 28,000 companies re-read every day, including the weeks they were busy. A chat model can't crawl on a schedule, and it won't still be holding your constraints next month.

Pavel, founder of Funded Drop

Built solo.

I'm Pavel. After a layoff I spent months in the same search. The hard part wasn't finding postings — it was how few were really open to me: my location, my level, the requirements in the fine print. I also learned fast that mass-apply tools don't work for an experienced professional. So I started building my own. It surfaced the job I have now. I genuinely want your feedback — I'm trying to build something people actually use and find helpful, transparently and without hidden bullshit. If it reads something wrong for you, tell me — I answer every reply during the beta.
